Popular Nigerian singer, David “Davido” Adeleke has penned down a eulogy in honour of his late uncle Isiaka Adeleke just a few hours before his scheduled “Timeless” show at the Tafawa Balewa Square(TBS).
The self-named King of Afrobeats, Davido took to his Instastory to share a tribute to the late two-time senator and former civilian governor of Osun State, Isiaka Adeleke also known as Serubawon as he rounded up preparation for his Lagos show.
Using the title of one of his tracks on his latest album, LCND in the write-up, he wrote:
We celebrate you tonight! And I know say u dey watch us from up there!! LCND!! Sherubawon
Senator Isiaka Adeleke died on the 23rd of April, 2017 after suffering a heart attack
